FORTRAN T-matrix code by CETP (Cetre d' etude des Environments Terrestre et Planetaires) for RADAR scattering by axisymmetric rain drops. Available from by FTP from ESA/ESTEC server.
EffectiveWaves.jl
A Julia package for calculating, processing and plotting waves travelling in heterogeneous materials. The focus is on ensemble averaged waves.
At present, the package focuses on materials filled with randomly placed particles. You can calculate effective wavenumbers for 2D and 3D acoustics, wave transmission and wave reflection in 2D and 3D, and scattering from an inhomogeneous sphere.
On the basis of Mishchenko (JOSA A 1991, App. Opt. 1993).
A T-matrix code (Tmtx.for) with double-precision for computting optical cross sections, asymmetry factor of the phase function for randomly oriented, polydisperse, rotationally symmetric dielectric particles (spheroids, Chebyshev particles with even and odd waviness parameters. The relative codes for convergence schemes include (1) M-procedure (2) P-procedure. J. Ding, L. Xu (JQSRT 1999).
Available from L. Xu or J. Ding

MultipleScattering.jl
A Julia library for simulating, processing, and plotting multiple scattering of waves.
The library focuses on multipole methods (addition translation theorems) to solve the inhomogeneous Helmholtz equation (time-harmonic waves).
The FORTRAN code realises a new approach to the light scattering problem of an axisymmetric particle suggested by Farafonov (Opt. Spectr. 88 (2000) 1, 63-70). Thus high a/b ratios should be possible.
Multi Spheres T-matrix Studio
Python wrapper for multiple sphere T-matrix (MSTM) code and Mie theory to calculate surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectrum and fit it to experiment.
CHLOE (CHarming "LOgiciel" for Electromagnetism) is a software for computing electromagnetic wave scattering written in Java. FORTRAN code for computing the T-matrix of spheroids is available.
MiePy
MiePy by Jahn Parker is a Python module to solve Maxwell's equations for a cluster of particles using the generalized multiparticle Mie theory (GMMT) .
JaSTA-3
Java superposition T-matrix Application: version-3.0
BornAgain
Open-source research software to simulate and fit neutron and x-ray reflectometry and grazing-incidence small-angle scattering.
