Ocean Optical Phytoplankton Simulator (OOPS)
A GUI-based control software package by Minsu Kim.

The program performs computation of the propagation constants for electromagnetic waves in dispersive media
formed of homogeneous monodispersed spherical particles using the quasi-crystalline approximation.
